Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Everything shown is illustrative. Nothing is a valuation.

Verth has not launched. Every price, value, range, chart, comparison, and example anywhere on the Site is illustrative sample data, not live market data and not a valuation of anything you own. Collectible values change constantly and are set by buyers and sellers, not by us. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, currency, or that any piece will sell for any amount. Nothing on the Site is an appraisal, an offer to buy or sell, or financial, investment, tax, or grading advice. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on Site content.

Who we are

Verth is a brand of Rookie Vault LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Verth," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of Verth's website and any waitlist, forms, or content on it (the "Site").

Acceptance

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older to use the Site. By using it you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We may close or refuse access to anyone we believe does not meet this requirement.

What the Site is

The Site provides information about Verth and a waitlist for future products. It is a pre-launch informational site. No product, account, collection, or service described on it is available yet, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a contract, a reservation, or any obligation for us to provide any product or to provide it at any particular time or price. You agree the email address you submit is accurate and belongs to you.

Acceptable use

You may not: scrape or copy Site content in bulk; attempt to access non-public parts of the Site; interfere with or disrupt the Site; submit false information; or use the Site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Verth name, logo, marks, design, and content are owned by Rookie Vault LLC. You may not use them without written permission. Third-party brand, player, team, and title names shown belong to their owners and are used for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback about Verth, you agree we may use it for any purpose, without obligation, payment, or credit to you, and that we are not required to treat it as confidential. This does not give us any rights to anything else you own.

Notices

You agree we may give you notices about the Site by email, at the address you gave us, or by posting them on the Site. Notices to us go to support@verth.app.

Third-party links

We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from the Site.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rookie Vault LLC and its members, managers, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Rookie Vault LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Refusal and discontinuation of service

We may refuse, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Site, the waitlist, or any part of either, for anyone and at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version of this document only; the other documents on this page are dated separately. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace any earlier understanding about it.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it or of any other provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by something outside our reasonable control, including outages at our host or providers, network failures, natural events, or acts of government.

Survival. The sections on illustrative data, intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and this General section survive any end of your use of the Site.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Verth is a brand of Rookie Vault LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what the Site collects, why, who receives it, and what choices you have. The Site is a pre-launch informational site with one form on it.

What we collect

  • From the waitlist form: your email address. That is the only personal information you can submit to us on this Site. We do not ask for your name, a postal address, payment details, or government IDs, and there is no other form on the Site.
  • Automatically, only if you choose "Accept all" on the cookie banner: Google Analytics collects device type, browser, pages visited, time on page, approximate location at city level, referring site, and a random visitor ID. If you choose "Essential only," none of this is collected.
  • In server logs held by our host: standard request records such as IP address, timestamp, and user agent, kept for security and abuse prevention.

What the Site stores in your browser

The Site stores two small values on your own device. Neither contains your email address or any other personal information, and neither is used for advertising.

  • verth_consent — a first-party cookie that records your choice on the cookie banner ("all" or "essential"). It lasts 12 months. It exists so we do not ask you again on every page.
  • verth_waitlist — a flag in your browser's local storage recording that this browser has already joined the waitlist, so the form does not prompt you again. It is kept for up to 90 days, and is removed sooner if you clear your browser data.

If you choose "Accept all," Google Analytics also sets its own cookies. Those are listed in the Cookie Policy.

Why we collect it

  • To contact you by email about the waitlist and the Verth launch.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it (analytics).
  • To keep the Site secure and to comply with law.

We do not sell or share your personal information

Verth does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by California law. We have never done so, and we do not run advertising on the Site. Because we do neither, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on this site; there is nothing for it to opt you out of.

Who receives it

  • Our form provider, Formspree — receives the email address you submit on the waitlist form and passes it to our inbox. It processes the submission on our instructions only.
  • Our email inbox — the waitlist email address is delivered to and stored in the Verth inbox, which we control.
  • Google LLC — provides Google Analytics, and only if you chose "Accept all."
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts and serves the Site and handles the request logs described above. Cloudflare also runs the bot check on the waitlist form, which reads your IP address and browser signals to tell real visitors from automated traffic, and passes your email address on to our form provider.
  • Authorities — if we are legally required to disclose.
  • A successor — if Rookie Vault LLC is sold or merged.

These providers may use your information only to provide their service to us. We do not disclose your information to anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner, and never after "Essential only." You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. See the Cookie Policy for the cookie names and lifetimes.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no agreed industry standard for how a site must respond to one, and we do not respond to DNT signals. We do not need to: analytics load only after you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner, so declining leaves you untracked either way.

Some browsers and extensions also send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which California treats as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so a GPC signal has nothing to opt you out of. Your choice on the cookie banner controls all tracking on this site, and you can change it at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

How long we keep it

Waitlist email addresses: until you ask us to delete yours, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. Analytics data: per Google Analytics default retention, currently 14 months. Host request logs: per our host's standard retention period.

Your rights (all users)

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to support@verth.app. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (email address, IP address, a random analytics visitor ID) and internet or network activity (analytics data, server request logs). Sources: you, and your device. Purposes: as described above.
  • We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA and CPRA, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would require a right to limit.
  • Your rights: to know what we collect and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing (not applicable — we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
  • How to exercise: email support@verth.app with the subject "Privacy Request." We verify your request by matching the address you write from to our records, and we respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within that window and may extend it once by a further 45 days.
  • Authorized agents: you may use an authorized agent to make a request. We will ask the agent for written proof of your authorization and may ask you to confirm it directly.
  • Consumers under 16: we do not sell or share anyone's personal information, so the CCPA's opt-in requirement for consumers under 16 never applies here. We would not sell or share the information of a consumer under 16 in any case.
  • Notice at collection: this section is our notice at the time of collection.

EEA and UK

Verth does not offer goods or services in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Access from those regions is blocked at the network edge before the Site is served. If you believe you reached the Site from the EEA or the UK, write to support@verth.app and we will delete anything we hold about you.

Children

Two different age rules apply, for two different reasons. First: the Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them; if you believe a child under 13 has given us information, write to us and we will delete it. Second, and separately: California's rule requiring opt-in consent before selling or sharing the information of a consumer under 16 does not apply to us, because we do not sell or share anyone's information at all.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit. No internet transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We post updates here and change the "last updated" date on this document. Each of the four documents on this page is dated independently, so a change to one does not re-date the others.

Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

A cookie is a small file a site stores on your device. This page lists every cookie Verth sets, what each one is for, and how to change your choice.

Essential

  • verth_consent — first-party, 12 months. Records the choice you made on our cookie banner, as the value all or essential. It is set no matter which button you press, because the choice itself is what has to be remembered. It contains no personal data, is never read by anyone but this site, and is not used for analytics or advertising.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

  • _ga and _ga_* — set by Google Analytics 4. They assign a random ID to your browser so we can count visits and see which pages get used. They expire after up to 2 years.

These are set only after you choose "Accept all." If you choose "Essential only," the Google Analytics tag is never loaded and these cookies are never set — the tag is gated in the page code, not merely hidden.

Your choices

Choose "Essential only" on the banner and no analytics cookies are set. To change your choice later, click "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page — the banner reopens and your new choice replaces the old one. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Local storage

Separately from cookies, the Site stores a flag in your browser's local storage recording that this browser has already joined the waitlist, so the form does not prompt you again. Clearing your browser data removes it. It is described in the Privacy Policy.

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Where we are

Verth is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are not there yet. This site has not been through a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we expect that parts of it do not currently meet that standard. We would rather say that plainly than claim a level of conformance we have not verified.

What we are doing

Accessibility is part of how each page is built and reviewed rather than a pass at the end. As we rebuild the site we are checking colour contrast, keyboard operation, heading structure, form labelling, and screen-reader behaviour, and fixing what those checks surface. We will update this statement, with a new date, as that work lands.

Tell us what is broken

If you have trouble using any part of the Site, email support@verth.app with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it. We respond within 5 business days and will work with you on the problem. Reports from people who use this site are the most useful information we get, and we want them.

Verth

The value is live. The worth is yours.
